Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Reporting to a Director Consulting Services you will be primarily responsible for the following:
  Lead projects as the primary delivery executive with full accountability for contract management, engagement financials, client relationships, and service delivery quality.
  Build and maintain relationships with senior executives within our client organizations.
• Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted,
• Act as a servant-leader for the Scrum Team by providing required coaching, helping them to create high value products or removing impediments preventing their progress,
• Scrum Master protects the team from external interferences,
• Scrum Master serves the Product Owner for the efficient management of the Project or Product Backlog.
• Ensure Product Owner and Business Partners’ expectations are managed,
• Support the team as required for complex problem resolution,
• Manage the team’s vendor deliverables and related procurements activities,
• Support the team for dependencies and/or coordination between teams,
• Ensure proper project governance is applied,
• Support the teams for any required escalations (internal or external including vendor),
• Manage project specific backlog leveraging team velocity and predictability,
• Manage (plan & adjust) project budget considering team velocity
• Report on delivery status to executive bodies within the client organization.

Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, work breakdown structures and timelines
Developing and maintaining cost estimates, resource plans and any other documentation required to control the project budget and statements of work
Proactively anticipating issues and/or organizational challenges and developing mitigating strategies

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

University diploma in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Project or equivalent experience.

5+ years practical experience as Scrum Certified Project Manager

Very good understanding of the Scrum Framework , Lean Principles and Transformation Model.

Very strong experience leading Agile projects or facilitating scrum ceremonies

Good understanding of the field of Telecommunication
